The 'dillo' Web browser is a very fast, extremely small browser. Source is less than 365 KB, and the binary is around 265 KB. It is a graphical browser built upon GTK+, and it renders a good subset of HTML, excluding frames, JavaScript, and JVM support.

2. ELinks - Full-Featured Text WWW Browser

ELinks is an advanced and well-established feature-rich text mode web (HTTP/FTP/..) browser. ELinks can render both frames and tables, is highly customizable and can be extended via Lua or Guile scripts. It is very portable and runs on a variety of platforms. 3. Amaya - W3C's Editor/Browser

Amaya is a Web editor, i.e. a tool used to create and update documents directly on the Web. Browsing features are seamlessly integrated with the editing and remote access features in a uniform environment. This follows the original vision of the Web as a space for collaboration and not just a one-way publishing medium.
